As a Berkeley-certified executive coach (ICF ACC candidate), my coaching builds off a strong foundation of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Core Competencies, while incorporating multiple modalities, frameworks, assessments, and other tools drawn from my professional background in the public, nonprofit and social impact consulting sectors.
I coach with warmth and build trust quickly, which allows us to move to the heart of the matter, creating safety to challenge you when needed as we move towards your goals and commit to action steps.
I use a non-directive approach that allows clients to develop ownership and confidence in their own solutions. Together, we build the clarity and confidence to lead transformative change.
